A plaque on the north exterior wall of the Rotunda was dedicated in memory of U.S. Army Capt. Humayun S.M. Khan (Col ’00) during a ceremony on May 2. Khan, the University’s lone alumnus to die in the Iraq War, was killed in 2004 after stopping a taxi loaded with explosives.

UVA at the Taj Mahal This a picture of me, Lindsey Jensen (Col ’13, left), my sister, Nicole Jensen, and her boyfriend, Abhi Shenoy. We all hold UVA near and dear to our hearts! I have been a Wahoo for a while now, as I graduated from the College in December 2013. My sister and her boyfriend, on the other hand, are new to The University and will begin their medical residency training at the UVA Health System this July! This is us in front of the Taj Mahal in our trip around Northern India this past March.
